• Exchange valid for damaged/wrong items only

• You must send us a clear 360° unboxing video taken in one go, from the moment you open the package. No cuts, no edits.

The item must be:

• Unworn

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

• No video = No exchange. We’re a small biz, and this keeps things honest for everyone 💖
